| The 29th Annual General Meeting of the members of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, September 28, 2017 at 11:00 AM at The Hall of Culture, Nehru Centre, Dr. Annie Besant Road, Worli, Mumbai 400 018, Maharashtra<BR> <BR> The Company has completed the dispatch of Annual Report for the financial year 2016-17 comprising inter alia Notice of the AGM, Audited Financial Statements on a standalone and consolidated basis, Directors' Report & Auditor's Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2017 electronically to all the members whose E-mail IDs are registered with the Company / Depository Participant(s) and physically to all other members at their registered address, on Monday, the 4th day of September, 2017.<BR> <BR> Pursuant to SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed herewith the Annual Report of Dish TV India Limited for the Financial Year 2016-17 along with Notice of 29th Annual General Meeting, for your information and record. | |
