| With reference to the earlier announcement date October 31, 2014 regarding Closure of Trading Window, Dishman Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals Ltd<br/> has now informed BSE that the Date of the Board Meeting has been postponed, instead of November 12, 2014 to November 13, 2014, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>In view of the same, the trading window for the Designated Employees of the Company shall remain close from November 01, 2014 to November 14, 2014 (both days inclusive). During this period, Directors, Designated Employees and their dependents are required not to deal in the shares of the Company. | |
