Dishman Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the Management Committee of Board of Directors of the Company have approved and fixed May 03, 2016 as the Record Date for the purpose of deciding the members who shall be eligible for allotment of the Bonus shares in the proportion of 1 (One) Bonus Equity Share of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two only) each, for every 1 (One) fully paid-up Equity Share of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two only) each.
