Dishman Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting for considering and taking on record the Audited Financial Result of the Company for the quarter & year ended on March 31, 2016, is scheduled to be held on May 19, 2016.<BR><BR>In view of the same and as per Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window shall remain closed from April 22, 2016 to May 21, 2016 (both days inclusive) for all the connected persons.
