Divis Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that Allotment Committee of Board of Directors in its meeting held on September 28, 2015 made the allotment of 13,27,34,290 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each as Bonus Shares to the shareholders of the Company in the ratio of 1:1. Consequently, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased to 26,54,68,580 equity shares from 13,27,34,290 equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each.
