Sub: Notice of AGM &amp; Book Closure &lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; In compliance with the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, kindly find enclosed herewith a copy of Annual General Meeting (AGM) Notice convening 52nd AGM to be held on Friday, the 29 September 2017 at 12.00 Noon at DLF Club 5, Opposite Trinity Tower, Club Drive, DLF5, Gurugram.&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, 21 September 2017 to Friday, 29 September 2017 (both days inclusive) for determining eligibility for payment of dividend, if declared at the meeting.&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; The dividend on equity shares will be credited/dispatched to those members of the Company whose names appear on the Register of Members and to the beneficial owners whose particulars would be furnished by the Depositories as on Record Date, i.e., 20 September 2017.&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; Further, the dividend will be paid / dispatched to the members entitled thereto on or before 28 October 2017.&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt;
