DLF Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 21, 2014 to August 29, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend and 49th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 29, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, on confirmation of resolution pertaining to payment of Dividend for the FY 2013-14, the payment / distribution of dividend / dividend warrants will start after September 06, 2014 onwards.
