EID Parry India Ltd has informed BSE that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on November 13, 2015, Mr. Anand Narain Bhatia stepped down as Chairman of the Board and the Board has elected Mr. A. Vellayan as Chairman of the Board with immediate effect. Mr. Anand Narain Bhatia will continue as an Independent Director.
