Pursuant to Regulation 30 LODRs, 2015, in terms of the approved resolution plan by Hon''ble NCLT, Kolkata Bench the existing Board shall stand dissolved and the existing Directors as specified in Annexure A (ii), be deemed to have been vacated from their directorship of the company by virtue of NCLT order dated 31st January 2024.
