eClerx Services Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 11, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve, if thought fit, the Scheme of Amalgamation of Agilyst Consulting Private Limited, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary with the Company and to authorize its Directors and other authorized personnel for taking necessary action in this regard.<BR><BR>Pursuant to the Code of Conduct of the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed with immediate effect, until 48 hours after the outcome of the Board meeting is announced.
