Eco Recycling Ltd has informed BSE that the Company would be Issuing Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each to Nippon Magnetic Dressing Co., Ltd at Issue Price of Rs. 40/- Per Share which includes premium of Rs. 30/- per share, subject to the approval of shareholder in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on August 30, 2012 and the approval of stock exchange.
