Ecoplast Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2015, inter alia, has recommended Dividend of @ 12% on the paid up equity capital of the Company, subject to approval by the Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting.
