Educomp Solutions Ltd has Clarified to BSE that:<br/><br/>"The report that appeared in Times of India dated April 01, 2014 on Educomp "being in fairly advanced talks with a large <br/>US-based strategic acquirer to buy majority shares in Educomp Solutions" is without basis. The Company has categorically informed the said publication yesterday that there was no such development at Educomp."
