Eicher Motors Ltd has informed BSE that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on April 27, 2016 has granted 2,400 options under ESOP Scheme of the Company. <BR><BR>All options shall be exercisable in three equal tranches after the end of 3rd, 4th and 5th year from the grant date. Upon exercise, each option shall result into one equity share of Rs. 10/- each.<BR><BR>The meeting of Nomination and Remuneration Committee commenced at 5:10 PM and concluded at 6:00 PM.
