EIH Associated Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that the Trading Window for purchase / sale of the Companys shares shall remain closed from May 18, 2015 till May 29, 2015 (both days inclusive) in terms of the Company's code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, in view of the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on May 28, 2015, inter alia, for approval of the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2015.
