EIH Associated Hotels Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 24, 2016, inter alia, to approve the Audited Financial Statements/Results for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2016 and to recommend final dividend, if any.<BR><BR>In accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading 2015. the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed from May 17, 2016 till the end of May 26, 2016 (both days inclusive).
