Elder Health Care Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 15, 2014, Mr Prem Iyer has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from May 15, 2014 in place of Mr Vijendra Jain, who has resigned from the Company.
