Juneja who is an Independent Director of the Company has resigned from the Board of Directors as well as from the Member Audit Committee from March 25, 2015.<BR><BR>Dr. J. S. Juneja's resignation will be place on the Board Meeting held on May 13, 2015 whereat the Board had accepted his resignation.
