| Elder Pharmaceuticals Ltd has informed BSE that:<br/><br/>"Elder Pharmaceuticals Limited ("Elder") has on June 29, 2014 announced that it has completed the transaction for sale and transfer of Elder's branded domestic formulations business in India and Nepal ("India Business") to Torrent Pharmaceuticals Limited ("Torrent") on a slump sale basis. This transaction was in pursuance of the Business Transfer Agreement entered into between Elder and Torrent on December 13, 2013." | |
