Elecon Engineering Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 29, 2016 has appointed Mr. Parthiv Parikh as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company in terms of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 8 of Companies (Appointment & Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Rules, 2014.
