| Elecon Engineering Company Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on <BR>April 27, 2016, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Both Standalone & Consolidated) for the year ended on March 31, 2016 and to recommend dividend, if any.<BR><BR>As the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on April 27, 2016 to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Both Standalone & Consolidated) for the year ended on March 31, 2016 and to recommend dividend, if any, the Company is required to close the Trading Window as per the Insider Regulations.<BR><BR>In this connection, as per the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, adopted by the Board of Directors, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the designated persons from April 20, 2016 to April 29, 2016 (both days inclusive). | |
