Electrosteel Castings Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 28, 2017. inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring And Reporting Trading by Insiders ('the Code), the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons (i.e Directors/ officers) and other connected persons as covered under the Code from January 21, 2017 and shall open 48 hours after the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results are submitted to the stock exchanges.
