Electrosteel Castings Ltd has informed BSE that the Company at its 59th Annual General Meeting held on August 28, 2014 have appointed the following Directors as Independent Directors of the Company for a term of five consecutive years with effect from August 28, 2014;<br/><br/>1. Mr. Pradip Kumar Khaitan<br/>2. Mr. Binod Khaitan<br/>3. Dr. Jamshed Jiji Irani<br/>4. Mr. Naresh Chandra<br/>5. Mr. Bhaskara Nageswararao Mandavilli<br/><br/>Further, the Company inform that Mr. Naresh Chandra, Director of the Company had vide his letter dated September 01, 2014, expressed his willingness to continue as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the Company which was duly noted by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on September 10, 2014.
