Electrosteel Steels Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 02, 2017, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 201 5, the Trading Window" for trading in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from January 25, 2017 and will open 48 hours after the announcement of the outcome of the meeting on February 02, 2017 by the Company.
