The Company has been informed that pursuant to Order of the Hyderabad Bench of theNational Company Law Tribunal (NCLT Order), the operations of Karvy Computershare Private Limited, the Share Transfer Agents of the Company (KCPL) have been transferred to Karvy Fintech Private Limited (Karvy Fintech) with effect from 17th November, 2018.<BR> <BR> Therefore the name of the Registrar & Share Transfer Agent (RTA) has been changed as under:<BR> <BR> Old name of RTA: Karvy Computershare Private Limited<BR> <BR> New name of RTA: Karvy Fintech Private Limited<BR> <BR> We request you to take note of the same and update the name of Karvy Fintech Private Limited as the Share Transfer Agents of the Company in your records.
