Electrotherm (India) Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 05, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following business:<BR><BR>- To consider, approve and take on record Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>- In view of the above, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company for all Designated Persons shall remain closed for the period from October 28, 2015 and shall reopen after the expiry of 48 hours after the submission of the aforesaid financial result.
