Electrotherm (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 13, 2016, inter alia, to consider the following business:<BR><BR>- To consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine Months ended on December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>In view of the above, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company for all Designated Persons shall remain closed from February 03, 2016 and shall reopen after the expiry of 48 hours after the submission of the aforesaid financial result.
