Elegant Marbles & Grani Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 02, 2016 to consider, inter - alia, the following matter:<BR><BR>- To consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results for the Third Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the 'Trading Window' (or dealing in the Equity shares of the Company will remain closed from January 25, 2016 to February 05, 2016 (both days inclusive) for Directors and Designated Employees as defined in code.
