Elgi Equipments Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on July 31, 2014, inter alia to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further the Company has inform that as per the Companys Code of Conduct on Insider Trading, the Trading Window for Companys shares is closed for a period from July 17, 2014 to August 01, 2014 (i.e. till the next day of the above scheduled Board Meeting).
