EMA India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 11, 2014, inter alia, has taken the following decisions:-<br/><br/>1. Mr. P. K. Bhargava has been reappointed as Managing Director for a period of three years on reduced remuneration w.e.f. April 01, 2014.<br/><br/>2. Mrs. Ranjana Bhargava has been reappointed as Whole Time Director for a period of five years on reduced remuneration w.e.f. April 01, 2014.<br/><br/>3. General authorization for signing papers, returns and documents given to Ms. Rakshita Bhargava on behalf of the Company.
