With reference to the earlier letter dated June 02, 2015 in connection with execution of Agreement with Mr. Sanjeev Juneja for acquisition of hair & scalp care business under the Kesh King and allied brands by the Company.<BR><BR>In this respect, Emami Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company has on June 12, 2015 completed the acquisition as per the aforesaid Agreement.
