With reference to earlier letter dated February 24, 2017 intimating about "March 14, 2017" as Record Date the purpose of Interim Dividend, Emami Ltd has now informed BSE that the Record Date for ascertaining the names of the members who will be entitled to receive the Interim Dividend if declared, will be "March 15, 2017" instead of March 14, 2017. (Revised).
