Emco Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 31, 2015, inter alia, has:<BR><BR>1. Appointed Mrs. Priyamvada A. Bhumkar as a Woman Director (Independent Director) of the Company to be effective from April 01, 2015 pursuant to Section 149 of the Companies Act, 2013 & Clause 49 of the listing agreement;<BR><BR>2. Appointed Mr. Kishore Bhatia & Associates, Cost Accountants, Mumbai as the Cost Auditors of the Company for the financial year 2014-15 pursuant to the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and rules made thereunder.
