Emco Ltd has informed BSE that as per the direction of the Honble High Court of Judicature at Bombay, the Court Convened Meeting of the Equity Shareholders of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 17, 2015, to approve the Scheme of Arrangement between EMCO Limited (Applicant Company) and EMCO Infrastructure Limited (Transferee Company) and their respective Shareholders and Creditors under Section 391 to 394 of the Companies Act, 1956.
