| Empee Sugars & Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 23, 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following :<BR><BR>1. The Board has recommended the reappointment of M/s. Venkatesan & Co, Chartered Accountants as Statutory auditors of the Company, however subject to ratification of their appointment in every AGM.<BR><BR>2. The Board has appointed M/s. C. S. Dhanapal & Associates, Practising Company Secretaries as Secretarial Auditors of the Company for the FY 2015-16.<BR><BR>3. The Board has appointed M/s. e2d Professional Services Pvt Ltd, Chennai, Cost Accountants, as Cost Auditors of the Company for the FY 2015-16.<BR><BR>4. The Board has appointed M/s. Ramesh Subramaniam & Co, Chartered Accountants, Chennai as Internal auditors of the Company for the FY 2015-2016.<BR><BR>5. The Board has recorded the appointment of Mr. T. S. Raghavan, Mr. M. K. Mohan and Mr. M. P. Mehrotra under Section 149 (10) of the Companies Act, 2013 who are appointed as Independent Directors at the Board Meeting held on May 23, 2015. | |
