| Engineers India Ltd has informed BSE that this is in connection with EILs further public offer of 33,693,660 Equity shares through an offer for sale by the President of India, acting through the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Government of India, in accordance with the requirements of the Companies Act, 1956 and Companies Act, 2013 as applicable, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009, as amended from time to time (the "SEBI Regulations") and other applicable Laws.<br/><br/>With reference to the above and in accordance with the Listing Agreement, the Company has informed that, the Empowered Group of Ministers ("EGoM") in its meeting held on February 04, 2014 has fixed the Price Band of Rs. 145 to Rs. 150 and the discount of Rs. 6 per share on the issue price to the retail Investors and employees of the Company. | |
