Eon Electric Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 23, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter / year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the company will remain closed for all Directors/Officers/Designated Employees of the Company from May 16, 2016 to May 25, 2016 (both days inclusive).
