Eskay KnIT India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 24, 2014, inter-alia to consider and approve the resolutions to be passed by the Board of Directors pursuant to the provisions of section 3(1)(o) of Sick Industrial Financial Reconstruction to seek determination of measures which would be adopted as required under Section 15(1) of the Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Act, 1985.
