Ess Dee Aluminium Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2015, inter alia has approved the following :<BR><BR>1. The Board of Directors has not recommended any dividend for Financial year 2014-15.<BR><BR>2. Based on the recommendation of the Nomination of Remuneration Committee of the Board Mr. Manoj Jain has been appointed as Company Secretary of the Company with immediate effect.
