Ess Dee Aluminium Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015 and to consider and recommend of dividend, if any, on the shares of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 read with the new SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, read with the Companys Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window in respect of dealing in the Securities of the Company, will remain closed for all for Directors / Officers / Designated Employees of the Company, with effect from May 16, 2015 to May 29, 2015 (both days inclusive). The Trading Window in respect of dealing in the Securities of the Company shall reopen from May 30, 2015.
