Essel Propack Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 30, 2015 took note of the resignation of Mr. Ajay N. Thakkar - Company Secretary & Head - Legal of the Company with effect from August 04, 2015. Mr. Ajay N. Thakkar had expressed his desire to pursue new opportunities outside the Company.<BR><BR>The Company is in the process of recruiting a suitable and competent person to act as the Company Secretary/Compliance Officer.
