Eveready Industries India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 05, 2014, inter alia, to consider the audited financial results and the recommendations of a Dividend, if any, for the year ended<br/>March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from April 21, 2014 to May 06, 2014 (both days inclusive) as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading.
