Everest Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has appointed M/s MCS Share Transfer Agent Ltd. as its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent in place of M/s. MCS Limited w.e.f. June 15, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the Company has informed that, till such time the database and electronic connectivity is shifted to the new R & T Agent, M/s. MCS Limited shall continue to provide the services to the shareholders of the Company.
