Appointment of Mr. Ashok Kumar Barat (DIN: 00492930) as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company. 2. Appointment of Ms. Bijal Tushar Ajinkya (DIN: 01976832) as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company.
