Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI LODR") read with SEBI circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, we would like to inform about the following changes in the Senior Management Personnel of the Company: a. Resignation of Ms. Sulaksha Shetty, Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of the Company, with effect from the close of working hours on April 4, 2024. The resignation letter tendered by her is enclosed. b. Appointment of Mr. Vaibhav Garg as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of the Company with effect from April 5, 2024. The brief profile of Mr. Vaibhav Garg is enclosed as "Annexure A".
