Excel Infoways Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 22, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the following purposes:<br/><br/>1. The un-audited financial results of the Company for the half year ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>2. To shift Construction / Real Estate / Infra Business Activity Object Clauses from the Other Object Clauses to Main Object Clauses in the Memorandum and Article of Association of the Company.<br/><br/>The Revenue of the Company as on March 31, 2014 from the Infra Activity is Rs. 768.91 Lacs and from BPO / ITES is Rs. 527.92 Lacs.<br/><br/>The Management of the Company is expecting more revenue from the Infra and Real Estate Activities, therefore the Management has decided to shift Construction / Real Estate / Infra Business Activity Object Clauses from the Other Object Clauses to Main Object Clauses in the Memorandum and Article of Association of the Company. The Management has decided to give more focus in Construction / Real Estate / Infra Business Activities instead of BPO / ITES Activities, considering future potentiality in the proposed business sector.<br/><br/>3. To Change the name of the Company.<br/><br/>In view of the change of Business Activities of the Company, the management has decided to change the name of the Company which shall be reflects proposed business activities into changed name.<br/><br/>In terms of the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window will be closed from October 14, 2014 till October 24, 2014 (both days inclusive).
