FAG Bearings India Ltd has informed BSE about the following:&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;1. Mr. Rajendra J. Anandpara, Managing Director, of the Company, has submitted his letter of resignation dated February 14, 2017 resigning as Director and Managing Director of the Company on account of certain personal reasons.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;2. The Board of Directors (the Board), at its meeting held on February 14, 2017, has accepted Mr. Anandparas resignation and consented to relieve him of his responsibilities effective close of business hours on March 03, 2017.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;3. Mr. Anandpara will continue to manage the Company until March 03, 2017 after which the Board will appoint Mr. Dharmesh Arora as the Managing Director of the Company. Mr. Arora is already currently operating as Managing Director of the other Indian subsidiaries of the Companys promoter, Schaeffler Group.
