Notice is hereby given pursuant to regulations 29(1)(a) and 29(1)(e) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 11th May, 2017 at Ahmedabad, to inter alia consider and adopt the Audited Financial Results for the year and quarter ended 31st March, 2017, (b) consider recommendation of dividend on Equity Shares of the Company, (c) any other business with the permission of the Chair. We shall separately inform our selection of option of submission of (a) only standalone or (b) both standalone and consolidated Financial Results as required under Regulation 33(3) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 in due course.
