Notice is hereby given pursuant to regulations 29(1)(a) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 14th November, 2017 at Mumbai, to inter alia consider and adopt the Standalone and Consolidated Un-Audited Financial Results (under IndAS) for the quarter and six months ended 30th September, 2017, (b) any other business with the permission of the Chair.<BR> <BR> Further in accordance with the applicable clauses of Insider Trading Regulations, the "Trading Window" for dealing in equity shares shall remain closed of the Company for Directors /Designated persons of the Company from November 07, 2017 to November 16, 2017 (both days inclusive).<BR>
