| This is to inform you that the following typographical error has occurred in the Directors Report for the year 2016-2017:<BR> <BR> On page nos. 03 and 04 of the Annual Report 2016-2017, the Profit (Before Finance Cost and Depreciation/Amortization) was inadvertently mentioned as Rs.29,694.49 Lakhs of the previous year 2015-2016. The same has to be read as Rs.26,694.49 Lakhs. <BR> <BR> Further, it is pertinent to mention that the published financials in the Annual Report 2016-2017 are accurate and the above mentioned typographical error does not have any effect on the financials. <BR> <BR> The revised Annual Report 2016-2017 is enclosed herewith for your information and records and the same is also posted on the Company's website i.e. www.fdcindia.com<BR> <BR> Further, the above errata shall also be published in Newspapers for Shareholders' information and copy of the same shall be forwarded to the Stock Exchanges.<BR> <BR> Kindly take the above on record. <BR> | |
